Representative Pat Moore was first elected to the Alabama House of Representatives for District 15 (Jefferson) in 2006. She received a B.S. Degree in Institutional Food Management and History from Auburn University and a Masters Degree in Secondary Mathematics Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Representative Moore co-owns a real estate investment company and a small timber farm. She serves on the Alabama Republican State Executive Committee and the Jefferson County Executive Committee. She is a member of the Greater Birmingham Republican Women, Western Area Republican Club and Hueytown Chamber of Commerce. Representative Moore is married to her husband Dan. They have a daughter, Danlyn, and a son, Kit, as well as two granddaughters, Madi and Molli. They belong to Pleasant Grove First Baptist Church.
